Installing the Tebi App

This article explains how to download the Tebi App while we are in our early stage beta phase.

Note: You do not need to do this step for the payment terminals supplied by Tebi as our app is pre-installed on these devices.

To download the Tebi App:

On your Android device, go to the Gmail account that you used to sign up for Tebi. If you have not created and signed in with a Gmail account yet, please follow these instructions first. Find the email from Tebi with the subject “Welcome to Tebi”. If you have not received this email, please contact us at support@tebi.co. Click the Download the Tebi App link. Accept the terms and conditions and download the app.

After the app has been downloaded, let’s set up the terminal so to get started with payments.
