Creating and managing customers

Store VIPs, regulars, or any other of your customers, with Customer Accounts on Tebi you make it fast and easy to add them to sales. You can create a customer directly within a sale or from the customers area in the Tebi App .

Creating a customer

  • Go to Customers > click the big green plus circle
  • Select the type of customer (Organization or Individual)
  • Fill in their details and click save.

Adding a customer to a sale

  • Go to Sales
  • Open a sale, tap Untitled ** ** or on the table number
  • Tap the Customer field
  • Then you can add or search for the customer
  • If the customer does not exist yet, you can create one and then add them to the sale.

Insights in a customer profile

  • Go to Customers
  • Click on the customer line to see their profile
  • See the following insights:
    • Average spend
    • Last sale (date & time)
    • Total number of sales
    • Average tip
    • Top three products purchased
  • It is also possible to see any open invoices under open account.

Importing and exporting customers

Import and export customer from the Tebi Back Office > Customers:

  • Required file format: XLSX or CSV.
  • To import a customer list, download a template file by clicking ‘Export XLSX’ or ‘Export CSV’ and transfer the customer data into that sheet.
  • Recommended: add one customer manually to see which columns need to be filled in. The columns are different for individuals and organisations. If you work with both, add one individual and one organisation. Export the sheet > add the data > Import the sheet.
