Create a daily task list

Create a digital task list in the Tebi App of daily, weekly and monthly items required to run your business. This overview allows you to create recurring tasks for staff to keep track of the steps required for opening, closing and during service. You can also remotely check in on what has been ticked off, when and by who.

  • Login to the Tebi App and go to Tasks
  • Click the plus button to create a task.
    • Only owners and managers can create a task
  • To edit or delete a task, click on the three dots on the task line
    • Only owners and managers can edit or delete a task
  • Add the following task details:
    • Name
    • Description
    • Priority (options: high, normal or low)
    • Category (if the task should display: before opening, during the day, before closing or other)
    • Schedule (options: daily, weekly or monthly)
  • The task will display on the day that it has been scheduled for
  • Once a task has been completed check off the task
    • Any user can complete a task
    • The name of the user, the date and time will be displayed on the task line
    • It is possible to undo the task completion
  • Only owners and managers can create and edit a task
