How to delete your account
If you would like to delete your Tebi account, contact support@tebi.co with the information:
- Merchant ID or e-mail address (used to create your account)
- Reason for deletion
We will delete your account as soon as possible. It can take up to a month for the deletion of your account to be finalized.
Reason you cannot delete your account
You will not be able to delete your account for the following reasons:
- You are still processing payments
Will you still receive invoices?
After deleting your account you will no longer receive invoices from Tebi.
If you are not processing any payments with Tebi but have not requested Tebi to delete your account, you will continue to receive €0 invoices. You will not be charged for any subscription costs, transaction costs or payment processing fees if you are not processing any payments.
