Payment Methods

Tebi Payments have various payment methods. To view and enable, go to the Back Office > Settings > Payments, and turn the toggle on for all the methods you want to use.

  • Card payments (integrated with Adyen terminal)
    • Manual payments: if connection to the terminal cannot be made, staff can manually input an amount on the terminal and close a sale on the Tebi App by selecting Manual payment next to the terminal option on the Payment screen.
  • Cash
  • Reservation prepayment: only for manually adding prepayments if you don’t use Tebi Reservations, which has integrated prepayments.
  • QR Payments: showing guests a QR code to pay their bill, mostly used as a back-up.
  • Invoice: if you want to use Tebi Invoicing.
  • Gift Card: to be able to redeem Tebi Gift cards.
