Sales day payout
How it works
Sales processed through Tebi on your sales day (T) in a 24 h period from and till 06:00 will be paid out with a fixed delay of (x) business days. The delay is influenced by the currencies you accept payments in, the country/region where the transactions are acquired and the mix of payment methods used.
For a typical mix of payment methods, your payout delay will be T+2 if at least 80% of your transactions are in AUD, CAD, EUR, GBP, NZD, RON, SEK, or USD and these transactions are acquired in the country or region of the applicable currency. Your payout delay is longer if your transactions mainly use schemes or payment methods that have long settlement delays. For example, American Express has a settlement delay of 7 days. If you process most payments through American Express, Adyen will set your payout delay to 7 business days.
Adyen continuously monitors the mix of payment methods and adjusts the payout delay accordingly.
For example, a company that processes sales on Monday, January 1 and has a fixed payout delay of two business days (T+2), will be paid out two days later on Wednesday, January 3.

Bank holidays payout

Here are some examples based on the payout delay of two business days (T+2):
Sales day | Bank holiday | Payout day |
---|---|---|
Monday | - | Wednesday |
Monday | Tuesday and Wednesday | Friday |
Thursday | Monday next week | Tuesday |
Friday, Saturday and Sunday | Monday | Wednesday |
Payout frequency
How often Adyen pays out to you is determined by the payout frequency. The default frequency for Sales day payout is daily, meaning each payout batch will contain all the sales from one day.
You can change your payout frequency to weekly (on Tuesday or Thursday) or monthly (on the 1st or the 15th). In this case, the payout will contain the funds from all the sales days added to the payout batch in the last week or month.
If you would like to change your payout frequency please get in touch with us at support@tebi.co.
Accelerated Sales Day Payout
It is possible to request a decrease in the payout delay to T+1. Accelerated sales day payout requires approval from Adyen. It may take 1 or 2 weeks before we can enable the accelerated payout.
The accelerated sales day payout is subject to an additional fee of 0.02% of the payment volume.
