Show receipts after payments

Enable the Customer Facing Display

  • In the App, go to Settings > Customer-facing display
  • Click on Configure display
  • Turn on the toggle for the desired receipt options:
    • Offer digital receipt
    • Include entering email address
    • Offer printed receipt
  • Click Launch display

Digital & Email receipts

After a payment has been completed, the customer can:

  • Scan the QR code for the receipt [recommended*]
    • The customer will receive a link where they can email or download the receipt
  • Email receipt
    • The customer will need to fill in their email address and click Send
  • The receipt display will close automatically after downloading or sending the receipt
  • Note! If a new payment is initiated while the receipt display is still open, it will cancel the receipt process.
    • To prompt the digital receipt display, find the Sale in the App and click the three dots > View digital receipt

*Scanning a QR code is quicker than filling in an email address, leaving the terminal free for a next payment.

After a payment has been completed, a receipt will automatically print.
