Show receipts after payments
Enable the Customer Facing Display
- In the App, go to Settings > Customer-facing display
- Click on Configure display
- Turn on the toggle for the desired receipt options:
- Offer digital receipt
- Include entering email address
- Offer printed receipt
- Click Launch display

Digital & Email receipts
After a payment has been completed, the customer can:
- Scan the QR code for the receipt [recommended*]
- The customer will receive a link where they can email or download the receipt
- Email receipt
- The customer will need to fill in their email address and click Send
- The receipt display will close automatically after downloading or sending the receipt
- Note! If a new payment is initiated while the receipt display is still open, it will cancel the receipt process.
- To prompt the digital receipt display, find the Sale in the App and click the three dots > View digital receipt
*Scanning a QR code is quicker than filling in an email address, leaving the terminal free for a next payment.
Print receipts
After a payment has been completed, a receipt will automatically print.
