How to change the IBAN for Tebi's direct debits
You will have to get in touch with Tebi Support so we can reset your bank account details. Wait for confirmation and then take the steps below.
To reactivate SEPA direct debit with your new bank account:
- Login to the Tebi Back Office (you have to login with the account details that started to Tebi ledger. Under Settings > Account, you can see who this is, if you don’t have access to this email please let us know and we’ll change it to the preferred email)
- Go to Account —> Details
- Under ‘billing details’ you will be able to activate SEPA by making a 2 cent payment from your new bank account
