Connecting your printers

In Tebi, printers can be used for receipts and for Prep Station orders. We recommend using wired printers as they are more reliable, but Bluetooth and Wi-Fi printing is also available. Tebi’s terminals also contain a printer which can be used for receipt printing.

To use a printer with Tebi:

• Connect the (Bluetooth / Wi-Fi) printer via your tablet’s settings. Consult your printer and/or device’s manual if you’re having trouble.
• In the Tebi App on your tablet, go to Settings, then Printing.
• Go to Printer selection and choose the printer you previously connected. If you see a Searching message, be patient as it may take several minutes for the printer to appear.
• After selecting the printer, press the blue paper icon on the right to do a short test print.
